Who is eligible?
A Pvt Ltd, LLP or registered partnership under ten years old, below the turnover limit, working on an innovative or scalable product or service.
Do I automatically get the tax holiday?
Recognition makes you eligible; the tax holiday requires a separate approval, which we also help you apply for.
How long does recognition take?
Once the application and write-up are ready, recognition is usually granted within a couple of weeks.
Can a proprietorship apply?
No. You need to be a Pvt Ltd, LLP or registered partnership. We can incorporate the right entity first.
